2. Hosting and server protocols
This website is hosted by a provider in Germany. For technical reasons, the server temporarily stores log data each time the website is accessed:
- Name of the requested page or file,
- Date and time of retrieval,
- transferred data volume and status code,
- browser and operating system,
- Referrer URL (previously visited page),
- IP address.
The processing is necessary to deliver and securely operate the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data will not be combined with other data and will be deleted after a short period of time.
3. Booking request and contact
When you use the inquiry form, I store the data you enter (name, telephone number, email address, type and date of the event, location, number and age of children, additional requests, your message) in this website's database in order to process your inquiry, provide you with a quote, and conduct the event (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, for general inquiries lit. f). You will receive a confirmation by email; I am notified of every inquiry by email.
Your data will not be shared with third parties. It will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected and no legal retention periods (e.g., tax law) apply.
The form is protected against spam by technical measures (e.g., hidden field, time check). No external services are used.
If you contact me by phone, WhatsApp, or email, I will process your information solely for the purpose of handling your request. With WhatsApp, data is only transferred when you click the link and use the app; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.
4. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies and storage functions (e.g., for the operation of the WordPress system and form functionality). No cookies are used for advertising or analytics purposes, and no third-party tracking or statistics services are employed. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; however, some functions may then be limited.
5. Fonts and external content
The fonts used are located on our own server; no fonts are loaded from Google or other providers.
The "Media" page includes embedded videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). These videos are embedded using YouTube's enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you access this page, a connection is established to YouTube's servers, and your IP address is transmitted. If you are simultaneously logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior with your profile; you can prevent this by logging out beforehand. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information can be found at www.youtube.com and policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Your rights

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
8. Copyright and the right to one's own image
I strive to respect the copyrights of all graphics, photos, sounds, and texts used in my publications and to use my own or royalty-free content. Should any unmarked but copyrighted content nevertheless appear on the pages, I will remove it or mark it accordingly upon notification. The copyright for content I have created remains with me; reproduction or use in other publications is not permitted without my consent.
